Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them.
Chop the carrots into small pieces instead of grating them.
Place the chopped carrots into a pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles.
Add 2 cups of milk to the cooker with the carrots.
Turn on the gas and let it cook under pressure.
After cooking, mash the carrots well.
Add ghee to the mixture and fry for 10-12 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped beetroot for color and mix well.
Add sugar to taste, adjusting based on the sweetness of the carrots.
Add cardamom for flavor and mix.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to combine flavors.
Add cashews and any other dry fruits you prefer.
