1/2 pound Gruyère cheese
1/2 pound Emmentaler cheese
1 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp flour

Grate a half pound of Gruyère cheese and half a pound of Emmentaler cheese.

Pour a cup of dry white wine into a fondue pot and bring it to a simmer over medium low heat.

Add the grated cheese a quarter pound at a time, stirring constantly until all the cheese is melted.

If you have problems with your cheese separating, squeeze half of a lemon into the wine before adding the cheese.
