Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes.
Peel the carrots.
Slice the carrots.
Place the carrots in a saucepan.
Cover with water.
Boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and return the carrots to the saucepan.
Add a piece of butter.
Season the carrots with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the pork sausages in the pan and roast for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Remove the sausages from the pan.
Add the cooking cream and mustard to the same pan.
Boil the sauce for 1 minute.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the sausages to the sauce.
Reheat the dish if necessary.
Serve the dish.
