1 double cream Brie
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 splash rosé wine
1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
assorted dippers: everything bagels, brudos, meat sticks, gherkins, olives, broccoli, carrots

Take the double cream Brie and shave the top off as thin as possible, leaving some cheese intact.

Sprinkle chopped garlic on top of the Brie.

Place the Brie in a small pan or leave it in its wooden container on a baking tray.
