In een grote pan, voeg 2 liter water toe en breng aan de kook.
Voeg de in stukjes gesneden vette vis toe en kook tot de vis gaar is.
Voeg de gesneden tomaat, ui, lange groene peper en vissaus toe.
Voeg de verse waterspinazie of aubergine toe en kook nog een paar minuten tot de groenten gaar zijn.
