2 lb beef with bone
2 medium onions
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups water
2 cups jasmine rice
1 cup Jameed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 pieces flatbread

Boil water in a pot on high heat.

Add beef with bone to the boiling water.

Add onions, garlic, bay leaves, cardamom, and salt to the pot.

Soak jasmine rice for about an hour.

Remove impurities from the boiling meat broth.

Add garlic, onions, and spices to the broth after it is clear.

Lower heat to medium-high and mix everything together.

Cover and cook for about an hour and a half.

Add Jameed soup starter to the broth and mix well.

Increase heat to high until it comes to a boil.

Cut bread into pieces and place in a large plate.

In a separate pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil for the rice.

Drain soaked rice and add to the pot with olive oil.

Add 3 teaspoons of salt to the rice and mix.

Pour hot water over the rice, covering it plus half an inch.

Cook rice on low heat until done, about 10 minutes.

Fry chopped garlic in olive oil and add to the broth.

Fry almonds in vegetable oil and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Plate the bread and pour broth over it, ensuring only soup remains.

Add rice over the bread and then place the meat on top.
