4 cups jasmine rice

Clean the meat using white vinegar and rinse with water.

Boil the meat in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Dump the boiling water and rinse each piece of meat again, placing it in a strainer.

Add the rinsed meat to a pressure cooker and cover with boiling water.

Add 16 pieces of cardamom to the pressure cooker.

Set the pressure cooker on high for 30 minutes.

Prepare the yogurt sauce by blending 2 boxes of yogurt and 2 cups of sour cream.

Add 1 cup of beef broth and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the yogurt sauce and blend until smooth.

Pour the yogurt sauce into a pot and strain it, then add 6 cups of beef broth and bring to a boil.

Remove the meat from the pressure cooker and place it on a platter.

Add the meat to the boiling yogurt sauce after it has boiled for 5-10 minutes.

Rinse 4 cups of jasmine rice and soak for 10-15 minutes.

Add 6 cups of boiling water to the soaked rice, along with 2 tablespoons of salt and a pinch of turmeric.

Cook the rice on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat.

Fry 0.5 cup of almonds until golden brown.

Plate the dish by placing flat bread on a tray, then adding yogurt sauce, rice, and meat on top.

Garnish with fried almonds and parsley.
