160 milliliters water

2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon green chili
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala

1 tablespoon peanuts
2 tablespoons water

Take a deep pan, add 800 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 6 eggs and boil for 7 - 8 minutes. Remove it from heat.

In a bowl, add 1 litre cold water, boiled eggs and rest for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, add 100 grams gram flour, 40 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 50 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander and whisk it well.

Add 160 milliliters water and whisk it well. Rest for 5 minutes.

On a board, place boiled eggs and cut into half.

Dip it into prepared batter.

Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

In a blender, add 15 grams coriander, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon peanuts, 2 tablespoons water and blend it well.
