1

The day before, marinate a piece of pork by diluting 50 grams of Chelsea powder with 1/4 cup of water and covering the pork with it. Let it rest overnight in the fridge.

2

Take the marinated pork out of the fridge one hour before baking.

3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

4

Put a piece of baking paper in a plate and keep the marinade sauce.

5

Bake the marinated pork for 20 minutes.

6

While the pork is baking, prepare the pickled vegetables by grating 1 carrot, slicing 1/2 onion, and slicing 3 mini red peppers. Mix them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Let them rest.

7

After 20 minutes of baking, brush the pork with the marinade sauce and bake it again for another 20 minutes.

8

Meanwhile, slice 150 grams of Vietnamese Charlo pork roll and cut 1/3 of a cucumber into sticks. Cut 10 grams of cilantro and 2 green onions into sections.

9

After the second baking, brush the pork for the last time and put it in the oven for the last 15 minutes.

10

Take the pork out and let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting it into 2 slices.

11

Spread a little liver pate on the bread, ensuring the taste remains discreet. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, add a few drops of light soy sauce, and layer with pork slices, pickled vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, and green onion.
