1 banana
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons nut butter
0.5 container Greek yogurt
2 ounces unsweetened milk substitute
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
pieces of a protein bar (optional)

Add 0.5 cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons nut butter, 0.5 container Greek yogurt, 2 ounces unsweetened milk substitute, 0.25 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder into a blender or food processor.

Blend or process everything together until smooth.

Take out an oven-safe dish for baking.
