Baked Oatmeal

2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup or brown sugar
1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 C Milk or Almond Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 C Semi sweet chocolate Chips
1/2 C Chopped pecans (Optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Maple Syrup (or brown sugar), creamy peanut butter, egg, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, Milk (or Almond Milk), and vanilla.

Stir in the Semi sweet chocolate chips and optional chopped pecans.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
