Baked Oatmeal

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk
chia seeds
frozen berries
toasted coconut

Grease the pan lightly.

Mash 1 ripe banana directly in the pan until well mashed.

Add 1 cup of old-fashioned oats to the mashed banana in the pan.

Add chia seeds to the mixture (optional, can substitute with flax seeds).

Pour in 1 cup of almond milk and stir until all oats are covered in liquid.

Top the mixture with frozen berries, pressing them into the oatmeal slightly.

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes until set.

After baking, optionally add toasted coconut on top before serving.
