1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the mixed berries gently.

Grease a baking dish (about 9x9 inches) and pour the oatmeal mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
