2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 small apple
1 banana
1.5 cups soy milk
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and soy milk, ensuring equal parts liquid to oats.

Add the chopped apple, raisins, and hemp seeds to the mixture.
