4 hard boiled eggs
5 cloves garlic (grated)
5 whole shallots (grated)
1 chilli padi (lightly pound)
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp rice syrup
1/2 lemon

Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add minced garlic and shallots; sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Add pork belly to the pot; cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar; mix well.

Pour in coconut water and water; bring to a boil.
