Cut the beef into small cubes.

Heat a pot and add olive oil to sear the beef until browned on all sides.

Add 1 liter of water to the pot with the beef.

In another pot, heat the cassava leaves and add 200 ml of water to help them cook.

Boil the cassava leaves for about 30 minutes.

After 1 hour of cooking the beef, check if it's tender by tasting a piece.

Once the beef is tender, strain the broth and set the beef aside.

Combine the beef and the cassava leaves in a large pot and let it cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
