- 3Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom evenly.
- 4Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5Flip the crepe and cook for another 30 seconds until set, then transfer to a plate.
- 6Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on the plate.
- 7Slice ripe mangoes into thin strips or cubes.
- 8Spread a layer of whipped cream on each crepe and top with mango slices.
- 9Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
- 10Fold the crepe over the filling and serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.
