Gond Ladoo

1 cup gond (edible gum)
1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1 cup sugar-free powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan and add gond. Fry until it puffs up and turns golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same ghee, add chopped nuts and fry until golden. Remove and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the fried gond, nuts, sugar-free powder, cardamom powder, and grated coconut if using.

Mix well and form small balls (ladoos) with your hands.

Let the ladoos cool and set before serving.
