Pickled Herring in Mustard Sauce

500g pickled herring
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
