1-1/2 tsp white cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp turmeric
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika powder
1 piece coal
2 tbsp rice flour
½ kg rice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 large chopped onion
¾ cup oil
salt to taste
1 tbsp mixed spice
1 bay leaf
3-4 green chilies
1 tsp white cumin powder
¼ tsp turmeric
3-4 dried lemon
saffron as required
boiled eggs as required
raisins as required
cashew as required
lemon sliced as required
fried onion as required

Mark on fish and add all spice mix well. Also apply melted butter.

Cover fish with foil and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

Remove foil and bake until color comes.

For rice, heat oil, add onion and mixed spice, fry well.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin, and turmeric, cook.

Now add water and boil.

Add soaked rice and saffron, cook until done.

Add raisins and fry cashew in 1 tbsp of clarified butter.

Lastly, place fish over rice.

Garnish with boiled eggs, fried raisins, cashew, lemon slice, and fried onion.
