Hot water to adjust the consistency

Set a pan on high heat, add oil into it, add onions stir & cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes until the onions are light brown.

Once the onions are cooked, lower the flame and add tomatoes & all the powdered spices, stir & add hot water and cook on high flame for a minute.

Now when the masala is properly ready then add eggs and do ghotala.

Further add salt to taste, keep stirring & adjust the consistency by adding hot water while cooking on high flame, once the perfect consistency is achieved lower the flame or switch it off completely.

Mix it nicely using the spatula, make sure that you don’t overcook the mixture.
