Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
Add 2 chopped onions and 2 chopped green chillies to the pan and sauté until the onions are translucent.
Stir in 1 Tbsp of garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add 1 chopped tomato and cook until soft.
Season with salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
Add 2 grated boiled eggs and mix well.
Pour in 1/2 cup of water and cook until the mixture thickens.
In a separate pan, heat some oil to make a sunny side up egg using 1 egg, seasoned with salt and crushed black pepper.
For garlic butter, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sauté 12-15 green garlic.
