Boil 1 litre of milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar to curdle the milk.
Mix well until the milk curdles, then strain the water and wash the chenna with water.
Knead the chenna for 2-3 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of water if needed.
In the same pan, boil 1 cup of milk and add ¼ cup of milk powder, mixing well.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 tablespoon of pistachio.
Stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar and add the chenna/paneer, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
