1/2 cup besan

1/2 tsp methi seeds
1/2 tsp rai
1/4 tsp hing
2 green chili chopped
3 Kashmiri chili

Churn the curd, besan, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, and water in a bowl and keep it aside.

In a pan, heat oil and add jeera, methi seeds, rai, hing, chopped green chili, and Kashmiri chili.

Add curry leaves and then add the curd and besan mixture, covering with a lid immediately.

Once it settles, add the entire mixture to the pan.

Put the flame high and let it come to a boil.

Then reduce the flame to medium and let it boil for 15-20 minutes, adding water if it thickens.
