½ cup dahi (curd)
¼ cup besan (gram flour)
1/3 tsp meethi (fenugreek seeds)
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
½ tsp raai (mustard seeds)
10 to 12 curry leaves
1 green chili, chopped
¼ tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
½ tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil or ghee
½ cup dhaniya (coriander leaves)

In a bowl, mix the dahi (curd) and besan (gram flour) until smooth.

In a pot, heat the cooking oil or ghee and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.

Add the chopped green chili and curry leaves to the pot.

Stir in the turmeric powder, sugar, and salt.

Add the water to the pot and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add the dahi and besan mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
