1 Cup of organic short grain brown rice (prev soaked for 2-3 hours)
2-3 Tbsp of organic almonds
2-3 Tbsp of organic sunflower seeds
2-3 Tbsp of organic pumpkin seeds
2-3 Tbsp of organic raisins
1-2 Tbsp of organic flaxseeds
2-5 organic cardamoms
1 tsp of ground organic cinnamon
Organic dates to taste

Warm 2 cups of organic unsweetened almond milk in a large pot.

Crush & grind 2-5 organic cardamoms with mortar & pestle.

Roast organic almonds for 2-3 minutes on medium-high heat.

Separate shells off organic cardamoms & add crushed seeds to pot.

Add 1 cup of organic short grain brown rice (prev soaked for 2-3 hours) to warm milk & cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Roast organic sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & flax seeds for 1-2 minutes each on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

Stir pot, partially cover, then cook for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat.

Add 2 cups of organic, unsweetened almond milk to pot, cover & cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Crush & grind roasted organic almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & flaxseeds with mortar & pestle.

Chop & mash organic dates.

Lastly, add 2 cups of organic unsweetened almond milk to pot, cover & cook for 35-40 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add 1 tsp of ground organic cinnamon & mashed organic dates to pot, stir, cover & cook for 2-5 minutes on low heat.

Add roasted & crushed organic almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & raisins.

Stir all ingredients & let it rest.

Transfer to a bowl.

Garnish with roasted crushed organic pumpkin seeds, organic raisins & roasted organic almonds.
