1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Dice the tomatoes.

In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Stir in the turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and cumin powder.

Add the cubed potatoes and mix well to coat them with the spices.

Pour in enough water to cover the potatoes and season with salt.

Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Once cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
