1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon yogurt
2 tablespoons grated coconut

Peel and wash 1 potato, then cut it roughly.

Cut 1 onion roughly as well.

In a mixer jar, add the potato, onion, 2 green chilies (cut in half), 1 inch ginger, and 2 garlic cloves.

Grind the mixture without water until finely ground.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon ajwain, 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder, 2 pinches garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 pinches turmeric powder, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon oil to the mixture and mix again.

In a pan, heat a little oil and add 1 garlic clove (cut in half), 1 green chili, and a little cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Sauté briefly.

Add 2 tablespoons grated coconut and sauté for a few seconds.

In a bowl, add 1/2 cup rice flour and mix with water gradually until the batter is not too thin or thick.

Add 1 tablespoon yogurt and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased ladle and pour it into the hot oil in the pan, spreading it slightly.

Cook until golden brown on both sides, then remove from oil.
