Balsamic Roast Pork Tenderloin

6 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 teaspoons dry thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Crush and peel 6 cloves of garlic.

Chop 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Place 2 pork tenderloins in a 9x13 baking dish.

Optionally remove any silver skin from the tenderloins.

Using paper towels, remove excess moisture from the tenderloins.

Make 3 holes into each tenderloin using a paring knife and stuff the garlic cloves into the tenderloins.

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius).

Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the chopped rosemary, 0.5 teaspoons of dry thyme, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste to the tenderloins.

With clean hands, rub and massage all the seasonings all over the tenderloins until evenly coated.

Insert an oven-safe thermometer into the thickest part of the tenderloin.

Roast in the oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let the pork tenderloins rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Use the flavorful juices from the baking dish to drizzle over the sliced tenderloin.
