1 lb chicken thighs
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup shiitake mushrooms or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
1 head butter lettuce
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
