Indonesian BBQ Beef Ribs

Marinate beef ribs in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lime juice for at least 2 hours.
Prepare the grill for medium-high heat.
Remove ribs from marinade and let excess drip off.
Grill ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining marinade with peanut butter and coconut milk.
Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
Brush the sauce over the ribs during the last few minutes of grilling.
Remove ribs from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
