Gond Ki Pend

½ no- Dry Coconut Grated
1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
1 tsp – Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp – Ganthoda Powder
1 tbsp – Ginger Powder
60-70 gm - Gond (Bawal)
3 tbsp – Ghee (Cow)
500 ml to 750 ml – Milk
½ Cup – Kolhapuri Jaggery

Take a Mixie Jar and add the above ingredients and grind coarsely.

Take a bowl and add grated dry coconut, poppy seeds, cardamom powder, ganthoda powder, ginger powder. Mix and keep aside.

Again, take a Mixie Jar, add gond, and grind it.

Take a kadhai, add ghee, then add gond, and fry it.

Then add milk and cook properly for 8-10 minutes.

Add the above mixture and mix properly, then add jaggery and mix properly.

Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix properly. Once it leaves the sides, close the flame and let it cool a little before serving.
