Heat a heavy-bottomed kadhai on low-medium flame.

Dry roast 2 cups of fox nuts until moisture is gone and they become crispy; set aside.

Dry roast 1/2 cup of sesame seeds until they start to crackle; set aside.

Roast mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts, peanuts) briefly; set aside.

Grind the roasted fox nuts coarsely in a grinding jar; transfer to a bowl.

Grind the roasted sesame seeds coarsely; transfer to the same bowl.

Grind the roasted mixed nuts coarsely; add to the bowl with the other ground ingredients.

In the same kadhai, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee on low flame.

Add 1/4 cup of edible gum to the ghee and fry until it puffs up.

Pour in 2 cups of milk and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

Once the milk boils, add the ground mixture of fox nuts, sesame seeds, and nuts; mix well.

Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and absorbs the milk.

Add 1/2 cup of grated dry coconut and mix well.

Add 1 cup of crushed jaggery for sweetness and stir until dissolved.
