1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies
1/2 tbsp turmeric
salt (enough to taste)
small lemon size tamarind
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
10 to 15 curry leaves
1/2 tsp asafoetida
2 dry chillies
3 tbsp oil/ghee
finely chopped coriander leaves
