They symbolize the vibrant and fresh flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, combining herbs, vegetables, and proteins. Today, rice rolls have gained popularity worldwide, with many variations reflecting local tastes and ingredients.

Hummus offers a creamy texture with fewer calories.
Mix 400 grams of rice flour with 3 cups of warm water and 150 grams of tapioca starch.
Add 7 cups of cold water and stir well.
Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture sit overnight or for at least 4-5 hours.
In a pan, heat cooking oil and fry 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic until golden brown.
Add 1300 grams of ground pork to the pan and fry until the meat loosens up and no longer sticks together.
Add salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pepper, continuing to fry until the mixture is dry.
Add 40 grams of black mushroom and fry, followed by the chopped onion, and mix well.
Prepare the rice roll machine and add the batter to make the crepes.
Add the filling to the crepes and roll them up tightly.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
