2 Tbsp neutral oil
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp black rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Any chilli sauce

Prepare the vegetables by finely slicing the cabbage and carrots, dicing the shiitake mushrooms, and mincing the ginger and garlic.

In a bowl, combine the diced mushrooms, sliced cabbage, sliced carrots, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped spring onions.
