2 cups water
1 tablespoon besan (gram flour)

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, finely chopped ginger, and green chilies to the eggs.

Once the onions are golden brown, add 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
