Put 15 pieces of round shallots, 3 bell peppers, and 3 medium tomatoes in a bowl.

Cover with boiled water and leave for 5 minutes.

Peel the skin off the tomatoes after soaking.

In a mixing bowl, combine 500g of beef, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp salt.

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, and 1 tbsp of sundried tomato paste to the beef mixture.

Pour in 1/2 cup of water (125ml) and mix well.

Add 50g of butter and 3 bay leaves to the mixture.

Transfer everything to a baking dish and cook at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

After 1 hour and 15 minutes, take the lid off and cook for another 10 minutes until the meat is tender.
