3 cup Milk
1 cup Heavy Whipping cream
3 Green Cardamoms
2 tbsp Sugar
Almonds
Pistachios

Use a cookie cutter to cut the bread. Keep the ends. Finely chop bread ends in a chopper. Keep aside.

Fry the bread on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Heat milk and whipping cream on medium heat. Add cardamoms. Bring milk to a boil.

Add sugar. Cook milk on medium-low heat until milk is reduced to 3 cups. Stir continuously.

Add chopped bread. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Continue stirring.

Take half of the mixture out in the blender. Blend into a smooth mixture.

Cook the rest of the mixture down until it gets thick.

Arrange the bread slices on a serving plate.

Top with prepared milk. Top with thickened milk. Grate pistachio on top. Sprinkle almonds.
