1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup khoya
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup cream

Heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan over medium heat until hot.

Fry 8 slices of bread in ghee until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.

In a separate pot, combine 2 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cardamom over medium heat.
