Add vanilla essence and sugar to the mixture.
Mix everything until well combined, using a hand mixer if available.
Set the yogurt mixture aside.
After 5 to 7 minutes, check the couscous which should be steamed well.
Add butter or margarine to the couscous and stir to incorporate for softness and flavor.
Mix the yogurt mixture into the couscous until combined.
If the couscous seems insufficient, add more until desired amount is achieved.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
