Add millet flour, ginger powder, and salt to a bowl.
Mix in water to form a dough that can be broken into pieces.
Sprinkle millet flour on a plate and use a grater to make small pearls from the dough.
Transfer the millet pearls to a sieve and cover with foil.
Steam the pearls on heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Fluff the pearls with a fork and sprinkle cold water on them.
Cover and steam for another 1 hour and 30 minutes until cooked properly.
Let the millet pearls cool down.
In a bowl, mix sugar, natura yogurt, greek style yogurt, double cream, and vanilla extract.
Add millet pearls to the yogurt mixture and adjust thickness with whole milk if needed.
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
