Heat 1 cup of water in a hot pot until it begins to boil.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the boiling water.
Add 1 cup of couscous to the boiling water and cover it.
Let the couscous steam for 3 minutes until cooked.
Transfer the cooked couscous to a mixing bowl and let it cool down.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the warm couscous to help it separate.
In another mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and 1/4 cup of condensed milk.
Mix the yogurt, sour cream, and condensed milk well until smooth and free of lumps.
Add the cooled couscous to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
Taste the mixture; if it's not sweet enough, add more condensed milk or sugar to taste.
