1 cup Italian tomatoes (blended)
500ml chicken stock
1/2 tsp chicken spice
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
fresh thyme (few sprigs)
salt & pepper
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
