300gm Boneless Chicken, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2gm Cinnamon Stick
3-4 pcs Cardamom
4 pcs Cloves
2gms Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Bay leaf
30gm Cashew nuts
20gm Ginger, julienne
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 Green Chilli, sliced
80gm Onion, sliced
10gm Sea salt
150gm Potato, peeled and cubed
1 medium Carrot, peeled and cubed
100gm Green beans (French Beans)
1st, 2nd and 3rd extract of one coconut
200gm Rice flour
100ml Boiling water
3-4 gms Sea salt for idiyappam

Heat coconut oil and add cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cashew nuts, ginger, curry leaves, green chilli, onion, and sea salt in that order.

Sauté until the onions become light brown.

Add chicken and stir until it is seared well.

Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 3-4 more minutes.

Add the 3rd extract of coconut, check salt and add if needed.

Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the 2nd extract and cook until the chicken is done.

Mash some potatoes and add to the sauce to thicken it.

Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add the 1st extract and switch off the flame.
