8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
400 grams bacon
1 kg Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
200 ml apple juice
1 baby cabbage, cut into large dices
3 red onions, thickly sliced

Marinate chicken thighs in a large bowl with garlic powder, black pepper, sweet red paprika, smoked red paprika, dehydrated parsley, dehydrated thyme, and chipotle sea salt for 4-5 minutes.

Heat 20 ml of olive oil in a large pot and add 8 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

Add 400 grams of bacon to the pot and sauté until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove the bacon and set aside.

Add the marinated chicken thighs to the pot and brown on all sides.

Add 1 kg of peeled Yukon Gold potatoes to the pot and brown them.

Deglaze the pot with 200 ml of apple juice and add 1 baby cabbage cut into large dices.

Layer 3 thickly sliced red onions on top of the mixture in the pot.

Return the chicken and bacon to the pot, cover, and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
