Remove the pit from 7-8 dried dates and chop them.

Chop some almonds and cashews, and chop pistachios for garnish.

Soak chironji in warm water and remove the skin.

In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of ghee and fry the chopped dry fruits on low flame until lightly roasted.

In a separate pan, mix 2 liters of milk with milk powder dissolved in half a glass of water and bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the fried dry fruits to the milk mixture.

Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar and continue to cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes until well combined and thickened.

Add 1 small cardamom (ground) and cook for an additional 2 minutes before removing from heat.
