1

Juice all the apples into a glass bowl.

2

Wait for the foam to settle before pouring into the main storage bottle.

3

Add passion fruit to the storage bottle.

4

Pour the sachet of brewer's yeast into the storage bottle.

5

Pour all the apple juice into the storage bottle.

6

Seal the storage bottle and shake to mix the yeast.

Once bubbling subsides, prepare to bottle the cider by adding sugar to each bottle.

Use a measuring cup to add about a tablespoon of sugar to 750 ml bottles and a large teaspoon for 500 ml bottles.

11

Siphon the cider into the bottles using a pan to elevate the jug.

12

Seal the bottles and shake to mix in the sugar for the second fermentation phase.

13

Store the filled bottles in the pantry for about 10 days before drinking.
