1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cube cheese

Rinse 2 cups of flattened rice 2-3 times and set aside.

Add 1 large grated potato, 1 medium grated carrot, 1/2 capsicum, and 1/2 sliced tomato, and sauté on high heat until slightly crunchy.

Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder, and salt to taste, and mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine the rinsed flattened rice with 3 tablespoons roasted gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 grated cheese cube.

Add half of the prepared stuffing to the flattened rice mixture and mix well.

Add 3 tablespoons of water to the mixture, ensuring it remains dry and not too watery.

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle kalonji seeds on top.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape the first half in the pan, turning off the heat briefly to shape it without burning.

Spread the remaining stuffing on top of the shaped mixture.

Add the second half of the flattened rice mixture on top and shape it again.

Turn the heat back on and cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, flip it using a plate to avoid breaking, and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
