2 tablespoons yogurt

1 medium carrot
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 tomato
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder

Wash the flattened rice in water 2-3 times and set aside to fluff up.

For the stuffing, mash 2 boiled potatoes and mix with 2 tablespoons grated carrot, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1 tablespoon bell pepper, coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes. Do not add salt yet.

Set the stuffing aside.

Add 2 tablespoons gram flour, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and salt to the fluffed flattened rice and knead to form a dough.

Shape the dough into small cups suitable for an appe pan, ensuring the edges are slightly thicker to hold the shape.

Grease the appe pan with oil and place the shaped cups in it.

Fill each cup with the prepared stuffing, adding salt just before filling.

Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, remove the lid, add more oregano and chili flakes on top, and serve.
